Girls all line up at my door,
pink pleather pumps, gotta drink some more.
Lips gloss application is the currency for this nation and eye shadow peacock passion distortion… reaction.
Straighten your face paint your hair, not all of us are gonna fit in there.
Pile in, time to break through, tantrum lights see through and through.
The noise is a blur, the light is a knife. A dollar bill life It cuts through so easily.
Over sized earrings plated gold, time to make new friends but keep the old.
Graceful like a swan, don’t tell your mom.

This one was special, he wasn’t like the rest,considerate. Shy but not quiet. A teenage love that needed no explanation. “I don’t like to keep the lights on.” “I’ll turn them down low.” A compromise. Snow in the summer in small amounts on lacquered furniture.Green. “When you put your hands right here, I understand the five senses.” Tightness and horrid 80’s painted cranes washed out on the walls. White, light pink, grey, teal, and yellow.

Since its creation, Women for Women International has given hope to more than 299,000 women survivors of war and conflict and helped them move toward economic self-sufficiency with our year-long program of direct aid, rights education, job skills training, and small business development. Since 1993, Women for Women International have mobilized more than 250,000 women and men in 130 countries worldwide to reach out and support women survivors of war – one woman at a time.
